1. Virtual Currency Purchases

All purchases of virtual currency (“Coins”) in Airtechfusion:

• Are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Grant a license to use virtual items — they are not sold or owned
• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

2. Subscription Services

For any premium subscriptions:

• You may cancel anytime; unused time isn’t refundable
• Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period
• In exceptional cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion

3. Unauthorized Charges

If you suspect an unauthorized purchase:

• Contact us immediately at support@airtechfusion.in
• Share the transaction details and proof of purchase
• We’ll investigate and reply within 14 business days

4. Technical Issues

If a technical problem affects a purchase:

• Report it within 48 hours of the transaction
• We may restore lost virtual items instead of refunding
• Attach screenshots or other evidence when possible

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:

• Applicable consumer protection laws
• App Store / Google Play refund rules (for mobile purchases)
• Credit card chargeback protections (for unauthorized transactions)

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund (where eligible):

• Email refunds@airtechfusion.in with purchase details
• Include the receipt/transaction ID and your reason
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Each case is reviewed individually for eligibility.

7. Changes to This Policy
