Airtechfusion is a free-to-play social gaming platform:

• Virtual coins/items have no monetary value
• Rewards are virtual and cannot be redeemed
• No payment is required to play

4. User Behaviour

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation tools
• Harass others or post unlawful/offensive content
• Pretend to be Airtechfusion staff
• Break any applicable laws
• Attempt to access another user’s account

5. Virtual Items

All virtual items (coins, boosts, etc.):

• Are licensed to you, not sold
• Have no cash or property value
• Cannot be transferred
• May be changed or removed at our discretion

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request account closure anytime via support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Airtechfusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
